Every affiliate marketer is not a born expert in affiliate marketing. They all learn step by step on how to promote their merchants products carefully and make a profit out of it. If you are not armed with right knowledge about affiliate marketing you would lose time and money and will be desperate and complete stop it. If you have just started promoting affiliate products how many times you might have asked this question, that did stuff doesn’t works? 1)     Choose one merchant I always suggest to go with CPA networks where you can start making profit fast through PPC. Sign up for couple of CPA networks I recommend Neverblueads, CPA empire and Azoogle-ads, these three are one of the top and they have  very good offer for you to promote.

2)     Pick a good pay per lead product and promote it using PPC or email marketing, while choosing a pay per lead program always go with an offer with good EPC(earnings per click) this shows that these kinds of programs will convert better and you can earn good revenue as well.

3)     If you are planning to promote through PPC always be cautious, don’t over spend too much money, start off with $10 a day and slowing increase it depending upon the profitability without creating a big hole in your wallet.

4) Constantly review your PPC Campaign make changes to your landing page, focus on keywords which are converting better and diversify those keywords phrases.

5)  If you are trying to promote through SEO it takes time and you are at the mercy of the search engines as well as you need to have tons of content on your website as well as external link to your site, which is a daunting task and it is a slow process.

6)  E-mail marketing is a good possibility for newbie’s if they have a list or create a list through PPC. Not all program convert very well with Email marketing you need to do test it or you mailing list will be shorted very fast because of the junk they are getting.

     The bottom line is trial and error is the best educator to be a successful marketing expert.

You might have tried being successful with different methods for your affiliate marketing websites. 1)      Do a good review about the products or services which you are promoting, Give genuine thoughts and feedback to customers about the product. If you think the product is good and you have used it you can give a more detailed review of the product for your visitors.

2)      Always you product name may be also include review of that product in the articles title, as you all know title is the one which every one sees in search engine results. So if you have a name of the product in the title the searcher who is looking for that particular product will read it and if he likes will go to that authors links to your affiliate product or merchants page.

3)      Also you can split the articles into two the first half on the article directory site and to read further the visitors should be forced to go to your website where they can read the complete review. This method works very well if the first parts of the articles is really interesting and make the visitor curious to go to the next part.

4)      Write articles in plain and easy to follow for the visitors as you know and read the review of the products and services.

5)      Submit to only top article directories which brings in traffic also stick to the article directory which brings you traffic and leads.

The bottom line is stick to a article marketing strategy to be successful you need to try a lot to get it right and you need lot of time to this and you see the results quite slowly, if you have money to outsource this article syndication part which I do and recommend it can make you a lot of money.

I will explain this method in my upcoming future posts about online money making strategies. It is easy to get distracted if you jump into several projects at a time. Work on the strategy which works for you instead of having a piece of pie from all of them. If you are able to focus on one strategy you can leverage more from it. That’s the idea behind following one strategy which is working.  

2)     Have patience – Patience is very important for an online business, because you can see the fruits of your labor immediately it takes and effort. Especially in the initial stages of your online venture you won’t find success, the key is to stick to what you are doing and eventually you can find useful results of your hard work. There is several make money with 24 hours kind of products out there but I am sure those won’t help you at all. So focus on what you do and there would be a success following you.  

3)     Decision making – This is the hardest part sometime there would be situations where you need to take decision of your own and there is no much time left if you don’t make a decision. You will find a very few support from friends and family if you decide to go with this. So you need to make money online make your own decision regarding your online business. 

4)     Take action – Opportunity are enormous online but if you are not acting when the opportunity arises you are losing the opportunity to make money online. Also you would be responsible for your actions so keep in mind what ever decision or action you’re taking you are solely responsible for its success or failure. 

5)     Do researches – Online Business needs research a lot. You can just believe what other people say online and take as granted. Time and patience is required to learn about new things. If you are planning to start online money making project without a research about that product or service you may find yourself in trouble. Find what other online competitors do and try to use their similar strategy. Don’t try to reinvent then wheel again. 

6)     Read a lot – Internet is all about information; you can find tons of learning sources online from websites to newsletter. Need to educate yourself with these freely available materials online from blogs, ask question in forums/discussion boards etc. This method can educate your very well for your online business. Sometime this material can be handy for your money making online venture.  

7)     Take Risk – There is a lot of risk involved online. Online business is only for those you can take risks. As you all know failures are the foundation of success. But if you priorities and plan your online money making very well the risks would be minimal. I hope there is no business online or offline where risk is not involved. I don’t think this is going to be a big factor at all. 

     Take advice – Since you don’t have prior experience in online success, it is always better to ask advice with the successful online money making gurus. If you visit blogs and forums related to your industry you can find solutions. It might take few emails to get your attention to them but most of them eventually will give you a reply about your questions.

9)     Spend Money – To make money you need to spend money. Once you setup your online business, people need to know about it. There are several stages where you need to spend money, like promotion, advertisements, hiring people, expansion of your business etc. I always advice to have some saving to start your online business rather than taking loans to do your online business.

10) Motivation – Motivation is key to online business success because, if you are not motivated you will lose interests in your effort to make money online. Some of my tips are to read a lot about success people online and offline through blogs, books and articles. This can keep you motivated to make money online. 

The bottom-line is we are needed to accomplish a lot of things in life.  An online business can get you unlimited earning potential to achieve your goals in life.
