Q: How do they tell if they have bad results? A: They have a bunch of watchdog services that track uptime for various servers to make sure a bad one isn’t causing problems. In addition, they have 10,000 human evaluators who are always manually checking the relevance of various results. Â
And this has created thread about how these 10,000 human evaluators go through each and every site in Google search results. And they work in different part of the work and work part time. Â

These Google Testers are paid $10 to #20 for an hour to filter the results inside the Google search results. This huge discussion is going on the webmaster world. To me this is a kind of big hilarious task. Â If they are going to make the search results free from spammers it is great but doing this mind boiling task is not easy to get rid of the spammers. If this is the case they might also looking for Google Adwords advertisers landing page as well.
