Search Engine traffic is the best and the most effective traffic than any other form of website traffic. To get tons of traffic from the search engine it takes time but there are other source and ways to increase traffic.
#1 Submit articles to Article directories this is one of the tedious since it takes time and effort to gain traffic from search engines. If you submit articles to these article directories you can find traffic and well as help you blog get indexed and know to the outside world as well. You will also gain links from these directories which search engines love and increase your search engine ranking. If you are articles are of quality you can get couple hundred of visitors to your blog every day immediately.
#2 Publish your blog posts with RSS feed, this can increase your RSS subscription and you readership base as well. The RSS feeds give an option to subscribe in a reader so the reader can view your content and headlines without actually visiting your blog. This can save time of your visitors with the click of a button. #3 Create contests on your blog and give away prize which can increase traffic. Bloggers have found success with giving away prizes to its readers and reviewing your blog in theirs. This can create buzz in the blogsphere and spread the word about your blog and your contests. This strategy has seen bloggers getting tons of traffic from different sources. Ipods were some of the hot prize in these contests by several bloggers and it paid of well for the bloggers due the traffic it generated for them. They earned the money through that traffic generate income for their blogs.
#4 Create review of your blog with A-list blogger’s Top bloggers are ready to review your blog for a fee. Usually you can go through sites which offer this program and you can find bloggers which have a huge readership to review about your site. This can increase traffic for some bloggers. This can be an expensive strategy to get traffic but worth the money if you get the right blogger the make the review.
#5 Do Press Release of your blog launch or if you blog is different from others create a Press Release to the directories like PRweb.com, business wire and freepressrelease.com to name a few these press release can generate massive traffic as well and links to your blog. Press Release can be seeing in Google news and other related online news which leads traffic to your blog.
#6 Optimize your blog for Search Engines, SEO or Search Engine optimization is a way to increase traffic from search engines. It is a combination of several factor content, links and several optimization factors, there are several e-books online to educate yourself about SEO. To find results of your SEO may take some time.
